All International Dragon Boat Crew Members
The Organizing Committee of 4th Korea
Open Busan International Dragon Boat Festival in conjunction with the Busan
Metropolitan City, cordially invite your team to participate in this festival
which will be held from Wednesday 8th Oct 2014 to Sunday 12th Oct 2014, at the
beautiful Suyeong River, APEC Naru Park in Haeundae, Busan, Korea.
It is great honor to held this big event
in Busan which is represented as a Convention and Culture & Tourism
Industry City in Korea and lots of tourists visit in Busan every year. And it
is located geographically near the Gyeongju and Tongyoung well known for Korean
Traditional culture place in Korea.
In this Periods, there will be a big
deal, Busan International Film Festivals, enjoy your all time in Busan and we
hope to treat you soon.
Ⅱ. Competition Regulations and Rules of Racing
A. Competition
Regulations and Rules of Racing
1. The races will be run in accordance
with the IDBF Competition Regulations & Rules of Racing with Specific KDBA
Entry Rules.
2. There will be an exceptional
Competition Regulations & Rules of Racing by Organizing Committee as their
discretionary authority.

Standard Boat (IDBF CHAMPION DB 1222 MODEL)

C. Team composition

Member of Boat
a)
Small Boat – 10Paddlers, 1Steerer, 1Drummer, 2Reserves
b)
Standard Boat – 20Paddlers, 1Steerer, 1Drummer, 4Reserves
2.
Restriction of Composition
a)
Open : no restriction on Gender, Age
b)
Women : no restriciton in Steerer, only womens in drummer and paddler
c)
Mixed : standard boat(women 8min, 12max)/small boat(women 4min, 6max)
